The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to play a key role in driving the lettings business forward. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining lettings, client management, and letting valuations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carrying out letting valuations and winning new instructions
- Generating new business and supporting branch growth
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (senior level preferred)
- Confident in conducting letting valuations and converting opportunities
- Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £35k+
