Senior M&E Design Engineer

Required: Experience as a Design Engineer working with an MEP contractor, and a strong understanding of installation, sequencing, and coordination at a detailed level. Familiar using some of the following software’s (Or similar): Revit, IES, TAS, DesignBuilder, Relux, Dialux, and Amtech.
�� Location: Based at a modern office in the Greenwich Design District
�� Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
��Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (With flexibility if required)
Dynamite Recruitment are working exclusively with a fast growing and high energy MEP end stage (Stage 5) construction design business, delivering fully coordinated, build ready solutions using advanced 3D design methods.
They utilise their own on site scanning technology and work closely with major retail clients including John Lewis, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and more, giving their Engineers real exposure to high impact, live projects.
More about the Senior / Associate Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineer’s day to day:
- You will lead mechanical and electrical coordination within project teams
- Deliver M&E designs to Stage 5 construction-ready standard
- Produce coordinated 3D / Revit-based design packages
- Conduct site surveys to inform design
- Attend construction sites to verify installation and compliance
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
