We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join a major project delivery team working across large-scale infrastructure and technically complex construction projects.

This position will be responsible for leading the delivery of significant MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and within commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and management of major MEP packages across complex projects
• Manage tendering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project interfaces
• Oversee programme management, sequencing, risk mitigation, and project controls
• Ensure technical compliance across design, engineering, and installation phases
• Drive commercial performance and support project reporting and forecasting
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Support team leadership, development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects within commercial, infrastructure, or technically demanding environments
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, and package coordination
• Experience managing multiple disciplines and complex project interfaces
• Technical or engineering qualifications within building services or construction
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
• SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification preferred
