Location: Petersfield
Permanent
Choose a consistent shift that suits your lifestyle - no rotation.
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr / Per annum £33,200
Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr / Per annum £34,300
Full‑time, 5 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production operation runs smoothly and efficiently:
- Lead your team to achieve daily production plans, KPIs, and quality standards
- Coach, support, and develop operators - from skill‑building to return‑to‑work support
- Use OEE data and structured problem solving to improve output and reduce downtime
- Champion Lean, 5S, and waste‑reduction initiatives across your area
- Ensure rigorous quality compliance, documentation, and corrective actions
- Support wider business projects with flexibility to assist in production tasks when needed
