MacGregor Black is partnering with a high-growth, premium non-alcoholic beverage producer on the search for a Senior Packaging Operator. This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role, based on-site in Buckinghamshire.

This position plays a critical role within the production team, supporting the Packaging Lead and ensuring that all product is packaged to the highest quality standards. You will be hands-on across bottling and canning operations, while also contributing to wider production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain bottling and canning lines in line with SOPs and quality standards
  • Support the Packaging Lead in day-to-day packaging operations and line performance
  • Take responsibility on shift, alternating between supervisor and support roles as required
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Identify packaging risks and support mitigation and quality control processes
  • Monitor line efficiency and contribute ideas to improve performance and output
  • Work closely with production teams to update SOPs and improve ways of working
  • Support training and development of team members across packaging processes
  • Assist across wider production, fermentation, and warehouse operations when required
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, organisation, and operational discipline

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience within food or drink production, ideally across bottling or canning lines
  • Strong mechanical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving production environment
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Flexible approach to workload and responsibilities across the wider operation
  • Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to support and influence others
