Senior Packaging Operator (Beverage Production)

We’re working with a fast-growing beverage manufacturer looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Operator to support day-to-day production and help drive operational excellence.

The Role
You’ll play a key role across bottling and canning operations, supporting the Packaging Lead and ensuring products are packaged efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a practical, floor-based role with real responsibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bottling and canning lines
• Alternate between shift leadership and support duties as required
• Follow established SOPs, quality, and health & safety standards
• Monitor and improve packaging line performance
• Troubleshoot faults and support basic equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with wider production teams to improve processes and train colleagues
• Support broader production and warehouse activities when needed

About You

• Experience in food or beverage packaging (bottling/canning preferred)
• Practical, mechanically minded, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
• Forklift licence (desirable)
