We’re now looking for a talented and driven Paid Media Executive to join our team someone who is excited by growth, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our success.

Job Summary

Working across a portfolio of websites, our Paid Media Executive will be a data-driven digital marketing professional responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximise return on investment (ROI). This will include both Paid Search (e.g., Google and Microsoft Bing Ads) and Paid Social (e.g., Meta, Pinterest and TikTok Ads) to ensure a cohesive biddable media strategy, while working within our business budgets and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct paid search strategy and campaign management in line with company objectives, driving market share growth while maintaining effective sales reserve budgets and PPC spend ratios.
  • Managing and optimising campaigns across multiple Search and Shopping platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while driving remarketing and upper-funnel prospecting through paid social channels.
  • The right candidate would be expected to manage the above across multiple domains covering both retail and B2C.
  • Manage cross-channel campaign alignment to prevent audience overlap and optimise budget efficiency across platforms.
  • Identify new target groups through keyword and audience research, developing suitable new campaigns.
  • Build and optimise new and existing campaigns to effectively target newly launched products.
  • Lead regular SQR analysis across multiple campaigns, implementing negative keyword strategies and refining campaign structures to improve relevance, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and shopping feeds.
  • Manage shopping feeds to optimise performance through product selection, ad titles, and imagery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive PPC and eCommerce reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Manage weekly and monthly work in progress trackers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Providing effectively structured and presented updates into line manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years PPC experience at either an agency or in-house role.
  • A strong candidate will have a keen interest in eCommerce marketing, with understanding of cross-channel interactions and their impact on performance.
  • Highly self-motivated and performance-focused, committed to maximising results in line with company KPIs.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising multiple paid Search and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Highly proficient with strong attention to detail in preparing, analysing, and deriving recommendations from large data sets.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics 4 for tracking and analysing website and campaign performance

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of attribution models with experience forecasting and reporting campaign performance accordingly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel & Google sheets.
  • Intermediate experience using Google Analytics (GA/GA4).
  • Commercially minded with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently.
  • Experience managing and overseeing paid social campaigns on platforms such as META, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
