• £46.20 per hour (Umbrella)
• £34.53 per hour (PAYE)

Join a leading global organisation in a high-impact Finance Business Partner role supporting procurement operations across Detail Parts. This position offers the opportunity to influence key commercial decisions and drive financial performance across a £280m spend area within a complex, matrix environment.

The Role

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to procurement and operational teams
• Provide financial direction on commercial strategy, including tendering decisions
• Support supplier negotiations, claims, and supply chain performance
• Deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving improvement actions
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Build and validate business cases, including ROI and investment proposals
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activity

Cost & Investment Control

• Oversee recurring and non-recurring costs
• Manage inventory financials and cost performance
• Support capital expenditure decisions (jigs, tools, equipment)
• Ensure robust financial governance across procurement spend

About You

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 5+ years PQE
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
• Background in manufacturing or large, complex organisations preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar financial systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment
