The incoming Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
The 'Senior Project Manager's' role
The successful Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of luxury hotel and office fit-out projects, ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
- Chairing project meetings and preparing client reports.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations and industry best practice.
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring and supporting junior project management professionals.
The 'Senior Project Manager'
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a strong consultancy background and experience delivering premium commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
- Proven experience delivering luxury hotel and/or office fit-out projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Chartered status or working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
