Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major bridge rebuilding project in Oxford.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion. You will act as the client's representative, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a major bridge infrastructure project
- Manage procurement and contract administration activities
- Monitor project progress against key milestones and objectives
- Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project delivery
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, consultants and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental and quality standards
- Provide regular project reporting and performance updates
### Requirements
Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure or civil engineering projects Strong leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline Relevant professional qualifications or memberships Knowledge of UK highways standards and bridge construction practices is highly desirable### What's on Offer?
