We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a leading organisation delivering housing improvement programmes across the East of England, supporting the delivery of kitchen and bathroom capital works projects on an interim basis.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned investment works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What's on offer:
  • Rate: £250–£400 per day (DOE)
  • Contract: Interim, 3–6 Months
  • Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
About the Company:

Our client is a well-established organisation responsible for managing and improving a large residential property portfolio. They are committed to delivering high-quality homes and excellent services to residents.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead kitchen and bathroom capital works programmes from start to finish.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets, programme performance, and project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce project reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive high levels of quality, performance, and resident satisfaction.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have:
  • Experience delivering capital works, planned maintenance, or housing investment programmes.
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant project management qualification (desirable).
