Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a growing contractor who’s secured over £10m of new work and is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live schemes.
This is a design & build environment, heavily focused on cladding, external envelope and refurbishment works - not a standard build role.
The Role
- Commercial management of cladding / façade / external refurbishment projects up to £5m
- Operating within a design & build structure
- Managing procurement consultants alongside the usual commercial responsibilities
- Full lifecycle involvement — from procurement through to final account
- Working closely with delivery teams and senior leadership
What they’re looking for
- Quantity Surveyor with 8+ years’ experience (flexible for strong SQS level)
- Strong background in:
- Cladding / façade / external envelope
- Refurbishment / remediation
- Design & Build projects
- Comfortable managing consultants as well as subcontractors
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to run packages independently
