Senior / Quantity Surveyor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior / Quantity Surveyor in the South Wales area. 

Key Responsiblites - 

✔ Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

✔ Preparing and maintaining cost value reconciliations (CVRs), cash-flow forecasts, and commercial reports.

✔ Working closely with site managers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

✔ Supporting tender submissions and pre-construction activities by providing cost estimates and commercial input.

Essential Qualifications - 

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline, preferably accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Alternatively, a Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship or equivalent Level 6 qualification combining academic study with industry experience.
