The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team, to take the lead role in running a £30m project.  This presents an ideal step up for a strong Quantity Surveyor seeking progression, or for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to transition into a role offering wider project variety and enhanced long-term prospects. This is a permanent position.

Experience Required

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Proven experience managing cost reporting within a tier one main contractor environment
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of building sector projects
• Ability to operate effectively within a professional commercial team
