A multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of different projects, including commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, hotels, local authority, residential and retail.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in every aspect of the project, from helping the Associate Director at inception, to taking responsibility for and managing post contract work, such as cost reporting and dispute resolution.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
- Ideally MRICS
- Pre and post contract experience
- EA/PM experience
- Able to manage and deliver projects independently
