We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead multiple defence sector projects, managing both delivery and team performance in a highly structured environment.

This role requires precision, leadership, and the ability to operate within complex and secure project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial delivery across 2–3 defence projects
• Manage and support a commercial team
• Oversee cost control, reporting, and risk management
• Work closely with key stakeholders and clients
• Ensure compliance within regulated environments

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Senior QS experience within main contracting
• Defence sector experience (or ability to gain clearance)
• High level of attention to detail and process
• Leadership capability and confidence
