Senior Quantity Surveyor – Education Sector

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple education projects, leading from the front while guiding and developing a small team beneath you.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage cost — but understands the impact of delivering high-quality education environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial delivery across 2–3 live education projects
• Manage and mentor junior/commercial team members
• Full cost management from pre-construction through to final account
• Client-facing role, building strong and trusted relationships
• Drive commercial performance, risk management, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior QS within construction
• Strong leadership capability and presence
• Experience within education projects (preferred)
• Commercially astute, organised, and confident in decision-making
