We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of super prime residential projects across London.

These are high-spec, design-led schemes where quality, detail, and client expectations are paramount. Most projects exceed £50m in value, requiring a commercially astute professional who is confident operating at the top end of the market.

The Role

• Lead the commercial delivery of high-value residential projects (£50m+)
• Take full ownership of cost management from pre-construction through to final account
• Manage procurement of high-end subcontract packages and specialist trades
• Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Maintain tight cost control while protecting quality and programme
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams
• Manage and mitigate commercial risks
• Provide clear and accurate financial reporting
• Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong background in super prime or high-end residential projects
• Experience working on projects £10m+ (with most recent projects £50m+)
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing complex, design-led schemes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with high-end clients
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple packages
• Professional, composed, and confident under pressure
