Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team based in Plymouth.

You'll be joining a large consultancy with an exciting pipeline of infrastructure work across the UK. The role offers exposure to projects ranging from nationally significant infrastructure programmes to regional transport and utility schemes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building client relationships and contributing to the growth of a successful regional team.

• Managing commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle
• NEC contract administration and change management
• Cost management, forecasting and reporting
• Client-facing commercial support and advice
• Supporting project teams and junior staff
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensuring successful project delivery

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure
• NEC contract experience is essential
• Background within sectors such as Rail, Water, Highways, Utilities or Major Infrastructure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Commitment to professional development and chartership

• Salary up to £60,000 considered for exceptional candidates
