This opportunity sits within a well‑established business unit delivering refurbishment, remediation, retrofit, and building safety projects across London and the South. You’ll be joining a business led by a highly experienced senior leadership team with a proven track record of delivering complex, high‑quality projects. The culture is collaborative, stable, and built around long-term frameworks rather than one‑off wins.

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within refurbishment, planned works, or social housing

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
