This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing main contractor, where you will step up as the go-to commercial expert on a major project in Mayfair, with continuous development and a clear long-term pathway to Director.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience delivering complex cut-and-carve projects? Do you want to take commercial ownership of a major project and position yourself for a Commercial Manager role within 12 months?

This ambitious business specialises in complex refurbishment and retrofit projects across the commercial, residential, industrial, and cultural sectors throughout Central London. Despite being a relatively young company, they have built a high-performing culture and a strong reputation, and they continue to grow while many competitors are slowing down. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career.

In this role, your time will be split between the office, site, and home. You will be the commercial lead on a complex cut-and-carve project in Mayfair, overseeing the project from cradle to grave. Alongside project delivery, you'll play an active role in shaping commercial procedures and reporting processes across the wider business as they continue to expand a new delivery division.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience managing the full lifecycle of cut-and-carve projects, while also being an effective communicator who can proactively build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
