Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a freelance/ permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of our UK rail infrastructure and civil engineering contractors on one of their largest projects for TFL.

Role will involve commercial management of civils and fit-out packages with a combined value of approx £6m within an overall project value of £32m.

Responsibilities include commercial management and administration of subcontract packages, supporting commercial lead with cost reporting and forecasting, management and assessment of change control and compensation events under NEC3 Option C, Assisting with procurement and tendering of remaining work packages, cost management, valuations, working with project delivery, design and client teams.

Approx 18 months remaining of the project with an immediate start and top rate!
