We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile civils project, working in a site-based role with a well-established delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of subcontract packages, particularly steelwork, cladding, and building envelope
• Producing and managing upstream change (upline change)
• Ensuring effective cost control and contract administration
• Working with document control systems and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting project delivery through strong commercial input

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment (essential)
• Strong experience managing subcontract packages (steelwork, cladding, envelope)
• Good working knowledge of NEC contract contracts
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using document control systems
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
