Senior Qunatity Surveyor

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyor on a 6 Month Rolling Contract, based in Gloucestershire

Role Summary

Responsible to a Project Manager through the project commercial lead for the commercial aspects of a project / section of a larger project. Assist in protecting the TW commercial position by implementing an in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes relating to contracts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is accountable for all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring contractual and commercial protections, and supporting client relationship management.

Cost Control and Risk Management: The role requires identifying and reducing unnecessary costs, monitoring project resources, managing risks and opportunities, and ensuring change control processes are followed. Ownership of CVR and forecast to ensure accurate cost/value control and reconciliation.

Requirements

• NEC Experience
• Highways and Infrastructure Experience
• Good knowledge of change management
