About the role
In this varied and rewarding position, you’ll work with a broad portfolio of industrial and engineering clients, taking responsibility for both servicing and developing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and workers alike.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
  • Selling service solutions and championing the Pertemps brand
  • Handling inbound enquiries from prospective and existing workers
  • Carrying out business-to-business sales, including telesales and onsite activity
  • Interviewing and selecting Industrial candidates
  • Managing key accounts, including a rotational on-call requirement
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in sales and recruitment sales
  • Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
  • A proactive, tenacious approach to winning new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to learn new systems and recruitment compliance processes
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality of service
  • Confidence meeting clients face-to-face and developing new accounts
  • Basic IT skills across Excel, Word and Outlook, with further training provided
