The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing engineering recruitment opportunities while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Building and developing relationships with engineering clients
• Sourcing and engaging skilled engineering professionals
• Managing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Providing consultative recruitment solutions to clients
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Contributing to the continued growth of the branch

This is a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with an established customer base within a highly successful team.

About You

We are looking for recruiters who can demonstrate:

• Previous recruitment agency experience
• Experience within Engineering recruitment is highly desirable
• Temporary or permanent recruitment experience will be considered
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially driven approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A desire to progress within a successful and growing business
