The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
- Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
- Build strong client relationships and win new business
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Deliver fast, high‑quality placements (temp or perm)
- Drive sales activity: cold calls, meetings, account development
- Work to KPIs, revenue targets and team goals
- Collaborate with compliance to ensure quality placements
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant
- Keen to progress into or develop within a 360 recruitment role
- Sales‑driven, proactive and relationship‑focused
- Resilient, ambitious and target‑motivated
- Must hold a driving licence
