The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
- Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
- Build and develop client relationships
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Deliver high‑quality temp and permanent placements
- Drive business development through sales calls, meetings and account growth
- Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and performance goals
- Work closely with compliance to ensure smooth onboarding
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
- Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant (any sector)
- Keen to progress into a 360 recruitment / sales role
- Commercial, proactive and target‑driven
- Resilient, ambitious and relationship‑focused
- Full UK driving licence preferred
