We’re now looking for a Consultant, Senior, or Principal to join our growing construction division and help shape the next chapter of our success story.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360° recruitment role - but done properly.

You’ll:

• 🤝 Build long-term relationships with clients who value quality over speed
• 🎯 Scout, attract, and represent top White Collar Construction talent
• 🧠 Interview and assess candidates with a consultative, expert-led approach
• 🧩 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• 📈 Provide real market insight, not generic sales talk
• 🙌 Collaborate with a supportive team who champion each other’s success

You won’t be micromanaged.

You won’t be pushed into meaningless KPIs.

You’ll be trusted to do your best work!
