Applebough Recruitment is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Resourcer / Account Manager to join our growing head office team in Halesowen.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in recruitment — ideally within education recruitment — who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, building long-term client relationships, and taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.

As a GCA (Government Commercial Agency) approved supplier, Applebough Recruitment will be able to work directly with academies from September 2026 under the Department for Education’s mandated framework arrangements. This places us in a strong position for growth and creates an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be part of an ambitious and expanding business at a pivotal stage of development.

The Role

As a Senior Resourcer / Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing both client and candidate relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing existing client accounts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to schools, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Resourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for education settings
  • Building strong relationships with schools, academies, and education professionals
  • Supporting business growth through proactive account management
  • Managing compliance and candidate onboarding processes
  • Working closely with the leadership team to support company objectives and vision
  • Taking ownership of recruitment campaigns and staffing requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and organisation

About You
