The Role

As the Senior Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating internal sales activities, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with internal departments including sales, supply chain, inventory, and technical teams to ensure customers receive a best-in-class service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day internal sales activities
  • Prepare accurate customer quotations and process orders efficiently
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy within the ERP system
  • Support Business Development Managers with customer requirements
  • Liaise with customers and carriers regarding deliveries and dispatches
  • Generate delivery and export documentation where required
  • Work closely with inventory teams to support stock planning and replenishment
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support continuous improvement across customer experience processes

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Internal Sales or Order Processing role
  • ERP system experience is essential
  • Manufacturing or engineering experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
