Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped bonus (realistic £40,000+ OTE)

A well‑established, high‑performing main dealer in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to become the key link between customers, the workshop, and a small team of advisors. This is a hands‑on senior role where you’ll take ownership of the daily flow of the service department and help drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor two Service Advisors
- Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
- Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency
- Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability
- Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance

- 1+ year main dealer experience (essential)
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- Ability to support colleagues and take ownership of daily operations
