Senior Site Manager Needed | Lead from Groundworks to Handover

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a 300+ unit, 12-storey RC frame residential scheme in Ealing.

This is a No.1 role, responsible for delivering the project from groundworks through to handover on a 2-year programme. The scheme is located next to a live station, so experience managing sites with tight access and logistical challenges is ideal.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
  • Engineering background
  • Strong RC frame residential experience
  • Track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
Permanent position with an immediate start (1–2 weeks).
