Senior Site Manager – Industrial Project (£5m) | Rugby | Start 11th May

Buildforce are recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial contractor for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £5m project based in Rugby.

This is a key role where you will act as the No.1 on site, overseeing the project from cradle to grave.

The Role:

• Full site responsibility from mobilisation through to handover
• Managing all site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and quality standards are met
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Driving the project to completion on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering industrial projects as a No.1 Site Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of H&S and site processes
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential
