Senior Site Manager

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a major residential developer on a £65m scheme in West London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The project is a 200-unit residential development across multiple blocks, including RC frame and traditional build elements, along with a townhouse package. The role will involve managing the start of a new phase on a satellite site, so we’re looking for someone with strong experience setting up projects from the ground up.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the early-stage delivery of the scheme, ensuring the site is properly established and ready for the main build programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site set-up and early project mobilisation
• Managing piling works currently underway
• Driving commercial tenders and RFI schedules
• Supporting delivery of the RC frame package (currently out to tender)
• Coordinating the welfare set-up planned for w/c 11th May
• Working closely with the wider project team ahead of the main management team transition later in the year

We’re keen to speak with Senior Site Managers who:

• Have proven experience setting up new construction projects
• Have worked on large residential developments / RC frame schemes
• Are comfortable running a satellite site independently
• Can drive programme, procurement, and technical coordination

Start Date

Ideally week commencing 18th May.
