Site Manager - Fit-Out & Construction | Cavan (Leinster/Ulster projects)

A well-established fit-out and construction contractor based in Cavan is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of projects from site set-up through to handover. This is a key hire for someone who runs a tight site, drives programme, and delivers high-quality finishes safely and efficiently.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, logistics, and subcontractor supervision
• Drive the programme, coordinate trades, and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain high standards of quality/finish; manage snagging through to close-out
• Lead site safety: inductions, RAMS, toolbox talks, and compliance with safe systems of work
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and plant to avoid downtime
• Keep accurate site records: daily diaries, progress updates, reports and photos
• Liaise with Project Managers, design teams, clients and suppliers to resolve issues quickly
• Manage short-term lookaheads and ensure readiness for upcoming works

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out and/or construction projects
• Strong finishing background with a quality-first approach
• Solid knowledge of H&S and site compliance (RAMS, permits, reporting)
• Ability to plan works, manage subcontractors, and maintain momentum on fast-track programmes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Safe Pass (and SMSTS/SSSTS desirable)
