West London | Immediate Start | 18‑Month Contract (Outside IR35)

The Role
- Lead a new build multi‑storey residential project in West London
- Oversee site operations from set‑up through to completion
- Manage subcontractors and direct site teams
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
- Drive programme, quality and productivity across the project
About You
- Proven experience delivering new build residential schemes
- Strong background on London / city centre developments
- Comfortable managing RC frame and multi‑storey construction
- Worked for reputable main contractors
- Strong documentation, reporting and contractual knowledge (JCT ideal)
- Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused
