Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations across a live housing development.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and trades.
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Maintaining health & safety and site compliance.
- Managing quality control and finishing standards.
- Liaising with internal departments and project stakeholders.
- Supporting site reporting and delivery performance.
About You
- Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within house building.
- Strong track record delivering medium to large housing developments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organised and commercially aware.
- Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business.
