We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Master Vehicle Technician to join our client’s well-established dealership in Tewkesbury.

The successful candidate will hold the role of Senior/Master Vehicle Technician within a busy service department, providing top-quality repair and maintenance services to a wide range of vehicles.

Duties of a Senior/Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Accurately and efficiently undertake repairs, diagnostics, and servicing of vehicles, ensuring all work is performed to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard of quality
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, offering technical guidance and coaching to support diagnostic processes and effective repairs
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle issues, providing clear explanations and follow-up until their concerns are resolved
  • Keep detailed records of all work carried out and adhere to dealership and manufacturer protocols
  • Assist in achieving departmental targets through high-quality workmanship and teamwork
Requirements of a Senior/Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior or master technician level
  • Current UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing manufacturer training and development
