Service Advisor – £28,000 - £38,000

Location: Chippenham
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Basic (OTE depending on bonus structure)

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership who are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department

  • Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work

  • Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate documentation

  • Providing updates to customers throughout the day

  • Upselling additional work, service plans, and products where appropriate

  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow

  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (essential)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident in upselling and meeting targets

  • Full UK driving licence
