Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable main dealership in Watford? Our client is currently offering an excellent position for a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy standalone dealership, providing an engaging environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
This Service Advisor role is vital in ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient workshop scheduling, and upselling additional products. The successful individual will have the chance to earn a competitive salary, enjoy a supportive team environment, and develop their career in the motor trade.

Benefits:
  • £35,000 basic salary with potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday working hours 8am – 6pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Assist customers with service enquiries and vehicle check-ins
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and manage repair schedules efficiently
  • Upsell service plans, tyres, warranty products, and other vehicle services
  • Organise job cards and liaise with technicians and parts department
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of service, sales, and warranty activities
  • Support workshop workflow and contribute to team objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership environment
  • Automotive aftersales background essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Kerridge / 1Link systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Hyundai or main dealer systems advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude with availability for Saturday rota work
