Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership located in Devizes, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade candidates or customer service professionals looking to establish a rewarding career within the automotive industry.

- Keep customers informed of vehicle progress and status
- Take payments for completed work in line with company procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential
- Alternatively, strong customer service experience in a related role within the automotive sector will be considered
- A full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT literacy; experience with Pinewood Pinnacle or similar dealership management systems is desirable
- Confident relationship-building and influencing abilities
- Professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
