Duties as a Service Advisor:
  • Handling incoming calls and online inquiries from customers, converting leads into sales effectively
  • Promoting and selling DPF cleaning services, maintenance plans, and fleet services
  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Working proactively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets alongside the team
  • Following up with prospective clients to drive conversions, ensuring high levels of customer engagement
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitating effective communication between departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere
  • Strong organisational skills and a professional attitude
  • An interest in the automotive or fleet maintenance industry is beneficial
