Duties:
  • Greet customers professionally, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service at all times
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately gauge customer requirements
  • Prepare repair and service quotes, advising customers on necessary work
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and services
  • Manage and process service schedules efficiently, ensuring all work is logged accurately
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate, detailed customer records in line with dealership procedures
Requirements for the Service Advisor position:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is desirable but not essential
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with high standards of work
  • Full valid UK driving licence
