- Typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings
- Welcoming customers warmly and booking vehicles for service or repair appointments
- Advising customers on minor vehicle technical issues and repair requirements
- Liaising with workshop teams to monitor ongoing work and progress updates
- Upselling additional services and parts, including service plans where appropriate
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing accurate estimates
- Handling payment transactions efficiently and accurately for completed work
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company objectives
- Building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Supporting warranty procedures and liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty claims (desirable but not essential)
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor industry
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- The ability to influence and professionally advise customers
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency with IT; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of automotive warranty processes is preferred
- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a professional approach to work
