Our client, a well-established franchised main dealer in Plymouth, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional and customer-focused team. - Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE through an attractive bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday working week, with alternating Saturdays on a rota (8am – 12pm), ensuring a good work-life balance

- Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Allocating loan vehicles and ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurately processed in the dealer management system
- Managing the progress of all service jobs and liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and expectations
- Explaining work carried out and recommending additional services when appropriate
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise dealership or similar environment is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a proactive approach
