We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Weybridge. Our client is renowned for its commitment to exceptional customer service and operates within a prestigious setting, offering a rewarding environment for a skilled professional in the motor trade.   • Basic salary up to £32,000 with an additional £12,000 OTE

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and managing service booking appointments professionally
  • Advising customers on required services and ensuring efficient workflow to enhance satisfaction
  • Upselling service plans, warranties, and additional repairs where appropriate
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing regular updates during the vehicle’s service process
  • Communicating with technicians and team members to ensure timely service delivery
  • Accurately recording all customer interactions within the dealership’s CRM system, such as Kerridge and other main dealer management software
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade; experience with premium or luxury brands is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
  • Ability to confidently engage with a discerning clientele
  • Organised, energetic, and a team player with a professional attitude
  • Valid UK driving licence
