We are recruiting for a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Tunbridge Wells.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to collection
  • Greet customers professionally at the front desk and keep them informed throughout the service process
  • Proactively follow up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently, supporting customers with future vehicle needs
  • Provide expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and service plans to help customers make informed decisions
  • Support team members to deliver excellent customer service consistently
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Ideally experience within the automotive industry, though exceptional customer service skills are highly valued
  • Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and customer base effectively
  • Confident in using systems and technology to keep customers updated
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • A positive attitude and pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences
