Our client, a premium-branded main vehicle dealership in Maidenhead, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Service Advisor to join their professional and supportive team. Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:
  • Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum, with uncapped bonuses averaging approximately £650 per month
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm
  • Paid overtime for 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8.30am – 12.30pm)

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Book customer appointments and manage the workshop diary effectively
  • Match and aim to exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
  • Process paperwork accurately in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Maintain a professional dealership image at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience within a main dealer or franchised environment
  • FULL UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated to develop skills and knowledge within the automotive industry
