Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, creating a VIP experience

  • Manage customer appointments, schedules, and service workflows efficiently
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, maintaining transparency with customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  • Track vehicle progress through the workshop and keep customers informed
  • Upsell additional services and parts to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven UK automotive experience as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver VIP level customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a professional approach and keen attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to commute or relocate to Crawley if necessary
